Obituary of Norman Eaton

Norman L. Eaton, age 75, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the St. Luke's Northland Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on March 20, 1937 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Liston and Mildred Conine Eaton. He was a resident of Scott City, Kansas, Eaton, Colorado and Smithville, Missouri and was a Banker and Farmer. Norman was a US Army Veteran and a Kansas National Guardsman. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Scott City, Kansas. His other memberships include the Anthem Masonic Lodge, Isis Shrine Temple, and the Fort Hays State Alumni Association. Survivors include his One Son - Todd & Lori Eaton of Shawnee, Kansas, Four Daughters - Tamara & Randy Seery of Evans, Colorado, Michelle & Chris Wohlford of Smithville, Missouri, Stephanie Eaton of Lees Summit, Missouri, Heather & Luis Martinez of Evans, Colorado, One Brother - Ronald & Martha Eaton of Scott City, Kansas, One Sister - Velda & Clyde Thomas of Scott City, Kansas, a Friend - Ellen Eaton of Overland Park, Kansas, Nine Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Two Brothers - Terry Eaton and Darroll Eaton, and One Sister - Norma Lou Hall. Memorial Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012 with Rev. Dennis Carter presiding. Inurnment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society for Camp Hope in care of Price & Son Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas The family will be receiving friends on Monday, July 9, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Parlor at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas.
