Jackie Ann Coberly, age 28, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on June 28, 1983 in Jetmore, Kansas, the daughter of Jack Dwayne Ivey and Stephaine Smith Ivey. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include: Two Sons, Justin Hundertmark of Scott City, Kansas, and Zackery (Coberly) Proctor of Scott City, Kansas; Father, Jack Ivey of Scott City, Kansas; Mother, Stephaine Ivey of Scott City, Kansas; One Brother, Tony Ivey of Goodland, Kansas; One Sister, Melisa Perez of Cimarron, Kansas; Three Half Brother, Michael Noland of Dodge City, Kansas, Elvis Ivey of Scott City, Kansas, Jessie Ivey of Scott City, Kansas; Two Half Sister, Pamela Rogers of California, Lisa Ivey of Scott City; Grandmother, Wanda Smith of Dodge City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by One Half Sister - Amber Noland. Brandon D. Carter, age 4, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on February 14, 2008 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Timothy Carter and Jackie Ann Coberly. He was a lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include: Two Brothers, Justin Hundertmark of Scott City, Kansas; Zackery (Coberly) Proctor of Scott City, Kansas; Grandfather, Jack Ivey of Scott City, Kansas; Grandmother, Stephaine Ivey of Scott City, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his Parents. Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2012. With the Rev. Kyle Evans officiating, Interment will be at the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Jackie Coberly/Brandon Carter Memorial Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm Tuesday, March 13, 2012, 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday March 15,2012.
