We moved to Healy in 2006. Shortly after we arrived, a friendly older gentleman cruised past on his latest hot rod - a golf cart. He waved and smiled then turned around and pulled up close and stopped. He introduced himself to us and welcomed us to Healy. He told us it was a great place to live and hoped we liked it here. That was just the beginning of many of his short visits as he patroled the Highway and Byways of Healy. He may have been on a mission - a quick stop at Healy Oil, or going to the grocery store, but he always had time for a visit. When the weather was favorable, he was one of the regulars at the Healy Primetimes group. He loved to play games with his friends. We will miss his friendly greetings and his interest in everything that was going on in the world. Pastor Jim and Debbie
