Scott City Neoma M. Winter, age 83, passed away at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas on Monday, February 6, 2006. She was born on November 2, 1922 in Lane County, Kansas, the daughter of William Andrew and Rua Houghton Thomas. A lifetime Scott City resident, she was a Dental Assistant. Membership: First Christian Church Scott City, Kansas Eastern Star Scott City, Kansas Music Club Scott City, Kansas CWF Scott City, Kansas On April 18, 1943, she married Harold R. Winter in Dighton, Kansas. He passed away on February 18, 1999 in Ulysses, Kansas.
