Neoma M. Winter, age 83, passed away at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas on Monday, February 6, 2006. She was born on November 2, 1922 in Lane County, Kansas, the daughter of William Andrew and Rua Houghton Thomas. A lifetime Scott City resident, she was a Dental Assistant.
