Shelby S. Wilson, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Lane County Hospital in Dighton, Kansas. He was born on August 25, 1929 in Hays, Kansas, the son of Elmer and Isabel Frazier Wilson. In 1968 he moved to Scott County, Kansas from California and then in 1972 he moved to Lane County, Kansas. Shelby was a Heavy Equipment Operator, a Farmer and a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

On November 14, 1972 he married Maxine M. York in Las Vegas, Nevada. She survives.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, and One Great Grandchild.
