Obituary of Phyllis Lorraine Pickett
Phyllis Lorraine Pickett, age 75, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. She was born January 7, 1947, in Watonga, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ruby and Walter Cook Wilson. A resident of Garden City, Kansas since 1954 moving from Watonga, Oklahoma. She was a loving wife and mother.
Phyllis loved her pet rats, tending her flowers, art, and spending time in the mountains of Colorado. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church of Garden City, Kansas.
She married Timothy Wayne Pickett on May 3, 1974, in Garden City, Kansas. He survives.
Survivors include Husband, Tim Pickett of Garden City, Kansas, One Daughter, Lindsey Lorraine Wilkerson of Orlando, Florida, Two Sons, Wyatt Curry of Garden City, Kansas, Joseph Curry of Garden City, Kansas, and One Sister, Freda Kelley of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Two Brothers, Mike Wilson of Garden City, Kansas, Pat Wilson of San Antonio, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her Son, Chad Timothy Pickett of Garden City, Kansas, and her parents.
Private services will be held at a later date.
There will be no calling times.
